This tool will include 2 Module Courses on CD and web site adapted for Hungaria and Romania:



1. Methodological module:

Useful explanations to understand a quality system, its interest and its lawful context (market & regulation, advantages of a quality system, control of food risk, quality systems elements, traceability, organization, various tools, metrology & quality).



2. Practical module:

An essential part of our tool, it shows in a concrete way 2 examples of a quality system applied to wine and dairy factories (wine production:grape reception, dry matter reception, vinification, storage, treatment, bottling, wrapping … ; cheese production: milk reception, dry matter reception, …)

The targeted people are the heads of exploitations and managers of small & medium sized companies in the food sector, farm employees, employees on low level of qualification, agricultural & food processing industry students, young graduates in the course of professional insertion, young hard-working in reconversion, as well as trainers of the afore-mentionned sectors.
